Request for Schedule Changes: Due to the number large number of students, once the schedule has been made, it is difficult to change. However, all efforts will be made to try to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for any missed lesson in order to receive credit for a make-up lesson. No refunds will be given.
Inclement Weather: During periods of light rain or showers, classes will continue. However, if there is any sign of lightning or thunder, the instructor will end the lesson and a make-up lesson will be scheduled for that class.
Pool Care: In order for our instructors to provide the best learning experience possible, please ensure that your pool is kept at a minimum 84F degrees and that your pool is algae-free.
Supervision: A parent or guardian of at least one of the students must be at the lesson location if the student is a minor.
Refund Policy (prior to start of lessons): Full refund less deposit will be given.
Refund Policy (after lessons have started): Up to the third lesson, money will be refunded for any unused lessons less a $35 administration fee. Refunds will not be given after the third lesson. Any unused lessons ordered beyond the first ten lessons qualify for refund.
