Description of Video

In this video we’ll be showing you how to kick your legs in the water with a proper flutter kick technique for freestyle. Focusing on keeping your toes pointed, your legs straight, and making small kicks, you’ll be learning one of the most basic and important skills when it comes to learning how to swim! Follow our certified AquaMobile swim instructor Alex, to get the tips you need to learn the basics of swimming as an adult.

 

Level of Lesson

Beginner: Kicking is what propels you forward while swimming. Once you master the technique you can combine kicking with other skills. Next steps: Flutter kick with a glide
