Hi! My name is Helena, and I am a certified Swim Instructor and National Lifeguard based in Ottawa. I have experience teaching swimming lessons to preschool and school-aged children in both group and private settings, helping swimmers build confidence and develop strong water safety skills. I hold certifications in National Lifeguard (NLS), Swim Instructor, Standard First Aid & CPR, and Airway Management. In addition to teaching swimming, I am a dedicated competitive cross-country skier and track athlete. I love working with children and creating a fun, positive environment where swimmers can learn, improve, and enjoy being in the water.
