Hi, my name is Lily, and I’ve been swimming for as long as I can remember. I grew up in San Diego, where I learned to swim at just four years old and spent countless days at the beach developing a deep love and respect for the water. In high school, I was a competitive swimmer on my school’s swim team, qualifying for championships each year and competing at state meets. Those experiences strengthened not only my technical skills, but also my discipline, perseverance, and understanding of proper swim technique. After high school, I joined the United States Navy, where I continued to build on my passion for swimming. I completed my physical readiness swim tests and swam regularly to stay in peak condition. My time in the Navy further reinforced the importance of water safety, strength, and confidence in the water. Today, as a mom, I’ve successfully taught all of my children how to swim, combining my lifelong experience with patience and encouragement. I am passionate about helping swimmers of all ages build confidence, improve their skills, and feel safe in the water. I look forward to helping you or your child develop a lifelong love of swimming!
