Hello! My name is Bella, and I am a certified Swim Instructor, Lifesaving Instructor, National Lifeguard, and Standard First Aid holder. I have over 8 years of competitive swimming experience and have worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor with the City of Toronto for over 2 years. I teach swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from young children to adults. My specialty stroke is backstroke, and I love helping swimmers build confidence, improve their skills, and have fun in the water! I’ve loved swimming since I was a child and can’t wait to meet you and help you reach your swimming goals! :)

Hello, my name is Kristopher. I am an energetic and enthusiastic swim instructor with over 5 years of experience. I’m a certified Lifeguard with Standard First Aid and CPR-C, and I also bring more than 2 years of camp counselor and lifeguarding experience at a renowned camp in the Muskoka region, where I work every summer across various locations. I pride myself on a unique teaching style that suits all ages—from toddlers to teens and adults. My goal is to encourage my students to be the best they can be while ensuring precision, excellence, and most importantly, fun. I understand that every swimmer has unique skills and personalities, and I adapt my lessons to accommodate various needs, including working with individuals who have autism or a fear of water, as well as those who are hesitant about the deep end. To keep lessons engaging, I incorporate a variety of toys, equipment, and reward systems. I am also open to integrating any special techniques or needs you or your child might have. Thank you for visiting my swim profile. I look forward to meeting you at the pool and creating a fun and memorable adventure for you and your child!

Hey there! I am Sarah, an enthusiastic swim coach who is always looking for ways to improve the swimming experience. As an instructor, I have been coaching for 4+ years and have taught students from 2 years old all the way to adults - proving that anyone at any age can learn to swim with the right coaching and encouragement! I currently hold my Standard First Aid with CPR "C"+ AED and bronze cross. My motto "get wet, stay wet" teaches swimmers that with consistent practices, encouragement and support, anyone can hone the skills to master the waves. My teaching style consists of routine, important strokes, drills as well as report cards that will be done by me to asses the level of the swimmer to ensure they are ready to pass onto the next phases of swimming. I understand not all swimmers are the same, and will gladly modify my teaching style to best accommodate the swimmer's needs without taking away from the swimming experience. Outside of the pool, I love doing research at the Odette cancer centre as well as doing community research for my university program. When I’m not in the pool or at the hospital I love going on runs, baking, dancing with friends, learning how to play the guitar and learning new languages! Hope to see you at the pool deck!
