Rebecca D swim instructor

BIO

Hello! My name is Rebecca, I have recently moved to Florida from Long Island New York, where I was attending Suffolk County Community College. I represented Suffolk at various swimming events, including qualifying and being selected to compete in the National Junior College Competition event. While in New York, I taught swimming for a number of years at Safety Swim to all levels of students. They ranged from Babies and small children to adults and from beginners to competitive swimmers. Many of my students had various disabilities both physically and developmentally, these were some of the most rewarding experiences, with ‘Rebecca’ being the go to person for some of the most difficult cases. While in Florida I have continued to expand my repertoire, with Life Guarding, Teaching, and safety training. Swimming is my passion, I love seeing the joy on students faces as they master the art of swimming, or improve on personal bests with well-planned and laid out goals. I pride myself on producing high quality swimming lessons suited to each and every individual. I am excited to be the latest member of the Aquamobile team, and getting to know my future students.
