Set Authentication to “Required when the server asks”.
Not “None”. Searching works with no account, but booking needs yours, and this is the setting that lets Claude offer you the sign-in at the moment it first needs it. With “None” it never asks, and booking silently stops working.
Next steps
- Try it with a simple ask, like “find a swim instructor near Toronto”. You should get real instructors, listed by first name and last initial.
- The first time Claude uses an AquaMobile tool it asks for permission. Choose “Allow always” so it stops asking.
- When you are ready to book, Claude will offer to sign you in. Say yes: searching works without an account, booking does not.
- Give it your pool address, who the lessons are for and their comfort in the water, and the days that work. The more it knows, the better the match.
- Ask for open times before you book, and say “move my lesson” if plans change. Nothing is booked until you confirm.

What an assistant can and cannot see
No account needed to look
Searching is anonymous: no account, no sign-in. Your assistant only asks you to connect when you want to see your own lessons or book one.
It cannot make anything up
Every instructor, time and price your assistant gives you comes from AquaMobile's live directory, calendar and pricing at that moment. It cannot invent a pro, offer a slot that is already taken, or quote a price you will not see at checkout.
Card details never go through chat
When booking arrives, payment happens on AquaMobile's own secure checkout. An assistant can build your order and hand you the link; it can never take your card.
