Diana Goodwin is the Founder & CEO of AquaMobile, North America’s largest provider of personalized, at-home swim lessons. With over 25 years in aquatics, she launched AquaMobile in 2011 to bring certified instructors directly to families home pools. Under her leadership, AquaMobile has helped tens of thousands of people develop water confidence and safety. AquaMobile has since branched out to offer commercial lifeguarding services in addition to at-home swim instruction.
A proven innovator, Diana also founded MarketBox in 2019, a software which streamlines and automates scheduling and route optimization for field and mobile service businesses. This serves as the technology backbone of AquaMobile and a wide variety of enterprises large and small across industries such as energy, home health and tutoring.
Her thought leadership spans the realms of marketplace business, tech innovation, and scaling international ventures. She’s been featured in Forbes, appeared on Dragons’ Den, and earned accolades such as Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year and TELUS’s $100,000 Small Business Challenge. Diana is a sought-after speaker on entrepreneurship, the gig economy, and the future of service industries.
Diana’s holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Diana is passionate about non-traditional modalities of healing and personal growth. She is certified in the Crystal Skull Method, and is proficient in breathwork and trance chanelling. She cherishes time spent travelling and exploring nature with her husband, where she seeks connection, reflection, and renewal.
