Swim Professionals in Austin

Hi! I am Claire, and I have been teaching swim lessons since July 2021! I have taught from 11 months to 13 years old. I am a Red Cross lifeguard/first aid and CPR certified, and a Water Safety Instructor. My teaching style is fun and engaging while being strict and safe with the children. I like to have a mix of fun and strictness to allow kids to enjoy swimming while learning safely. I have a background in teaching both gymnastics and swimming. I grew up as a gymnast and a cheerleader for nine years, and I will be going into my senior year of college this fall. My long history of participating in sports has allowed me to understand what a good teacher does and how I can best teach children. I graduate from Texas Tech in May and will be home all summer to teach lessons!
