BIO

Hi there! My name is Katharyn. I am an undergraduate student at Mount Allison University, majoring in Honors English Literature and double minoring in Religious Studies and Women’s & Gender Studies. I have been swimming for as long as I can remember, and I have been teaching and lifeguarding for about 3 years. I have taught children of all ages and skill levels in a variety of settings. I have taught swim lessons and guarded in large, group environments such as a YMCA community centre, as well as private lessons at smaller companies such as The Swim Academy. I am very attentive, and both detail and goal oriented. I take a lot of pride in seeing my students succeed and I will strive to ensure that they reach their full potential. I am truly dedicated to ensuring that you receive a teaching experience of the highest quality and look forward to working with you during my first summer swim season at AquaMobile!
