Clients can view all of the available instructors and lifeguards in their area and choose one based off of availability and skill set. This is where site rankings are key; the higher your rankings (affected by your acceptance rate and your client ratings, the more customers that will see your profile and want to book with you.
You will receive multiple text messages and emails once a client requests to book with you. Click the link in the text message or email to accept the booking request. It is your responsibility to update your availability and travel zone, thus being unavailable for a booking or being unable to travel to a booking is unacceptable. If you have not been receiving these texts or emails, inform us immediately.
Full booking info can be viewed on your profile under the Bookings tab.
Once you have accepted the request, you will receive a text message which opens a channel of communication between you and your client. If you don't receive this text, let us know. Text your client promptly to introduce yourself & confirm the lesson info.
