Terms and Conditions of the AquaMobile Moana Contest
Contest Deadline: November 22nd at 11:59pm EST
How to Participate: You must follow AquaMobile on Instagram (@aquamobile), only after can you like our #AquaMoana post for a bonus entry, and tag 5 friends in the comments section for an additional bonus entry. All entries must be completed between November 7, 2016 at 7:00am EST and November 22nd, 2016 at 11:59 pm EST.
General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these following rules.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older, who have a public Instagram account as of the beginning of the Contest period. All entries must be received by November 22nd at 11:59pm EST. There is a limit of 3 online entries. You will receive one entry if you follow @aquamobile on Instagram, you will receive a second two entries if you follow @aquamobile on Instagram and like one #AquaMoana post, and you will receive three entries if you follow @aquamobile on Instagram and like one #AquaMoana post and comment by tagging 5 friends on the post.
Prize Drawing: 3 winners will receive 2 tickets to see Disney’s Moana at a movie theater of his or her choice. All contest name entries meeting the requirements of these rules will be entered into prize drawing, to be held on November 23rd, 2016. The winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message on November 23rd, 2016. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, an alternative winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account specified in the entry.
Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winners consent to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. AquaMobile acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram of The Walt Disney Company.
