How do I reschedule a lesson?
If it's more than 24 hours before the affected lesson:
- Log in to your account
- Cancel your original booking by pressing the 'cancel button' under the 'My Bookings' section. Please note that you won't be penalized for canceling your booking!
- Rebook a new lesson online using your lesson credit to lock in the time you want quickly, or if you'd prefer we handle it for you, then email us with the changes at [email protected]
- Unless you experience difficulties rescheduling your booking, there's no need to inform us of the changes!
Last minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours before):
- Our formal policy is no rescheduling within 24 hours of a lesson UNLESS unforeseen circumstances mean either you or the instructor cannot do the lesson, such as adverse weather conditions or illness.
- If such circumstances arise, please contact your instructor to find a new date and time for the lesson. Then call us at 1-888-950-7946 or email us at [email protected] to make the change (or ask your instructor to do it for you!).
- Note that if you wish to reschedule last minute for reasons other than weather or illness, but your instructor does not agree to the change, you will still be charged.
- Unless you experience difficulties rescheduling your booking, there's no need to inform us of the changes!
