What is AquaMobile's refund policy?
- Full refunds are available within seven (7) days of purchase, provided you have not started your lessons.
- While we strive to provide the instructor of your choice, unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your selected instructor is unavailable, we will arrange for an alternate provider to work with you. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Credits that remain unused within the purchase season will not be eligible for a refund. However, these credits do not expire and can be utilized in the future.
- We do not offer refunds for unused credits due to relocation. With instructors located across the US and Canada, we may be able to continue to accommodate you should you move.
Lifeguarding:
- Upon booking, full payment is required, including a 50% deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
