What is AquaMobile's refund policy?
AquaMobile offers a full money-back guarantee on your swim lesson package if you are not satisfied after your first swim lesson.
- We will refund your unused lessons or restart your entire lesson package with another instructor (pending instructor availability), your choice.
- Please email us at [email protected] within 72 hours after your first lesson to request the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- Refunds for incomplete lessons will be calculated based on the package price you paid.
- While we strive to provide the instructor of your choice, unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your selected instructor is unavailable, we will arrange for an alternate provider to work with you. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Registration/service fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, effort, and resources our team dedicates to coordinating and matching you with the most suitable instructor based on your preferences. This policy applies regardless of whether lessons are completed.
Lifeguarding:
- Upon booking, full payment is required, including a 50% deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
