Q: What if I am running late to a client?
A: Call your client immediately. Clients are typically understanding when you let them know if you are stuck in traffic, etc. However, parents can be upset if the children are ready to go in the pool, and the instructor never arrives. Please treat clients with the utmost respect, and you will find that they will do the same!
Q: What if I get sick?
A: Call your clients immediately and also inform the office. Clients are typically understanding when you let them know.
Q: What if a parent/guardian asks a question that I don't know how to answer?
A: If you are unsure of the correct answer to a question, tell the parent/guardian that you want to provide the correct information and will check with the AquaMobile management team so that you can provide them with accurate information.
Q: What if a parent/guardian is not following AquaMobile's Policies and Procedures?
A: Each client has agreed to our Custom Policies and Procedures (see page 11 for a full list of policies). If there are any issues regarding pool temperature, cleanliness, cancellations, etc. kindly inform them that the intention of the rules is to help the children learn to swim in the proper environment and, that both you as the instructor and the parents are all working toward the same goal. This usually helps resolve any problems.
Q: What do I do if I run into a problem/feel uncomfortable once I arrive at a client location
A: Please never put yourself in a situation that you feel is unsafe or dangerous. In over 10 years of operations, we have never had any problems, however, if something should arise and you feel uncomfortable, please call the office immediately and, remove yourself from the situation.
Q: When and how will I receive my AquaMobile promotional materials?
A: Materials will be sent via mail and include AquaMobile business cards & flyers. Please email the office at [email protected] to let us know what materials you wish to receive as well as your mailing address.
Q: Where can I buy teaching supplies?
A: Dollar Stores, Wal-Mart, and Target are cost effective places to buy teaching aids.
