Safety and Safety Awareness is AquaMobile's #1 priority when it comes to our Instructors. We have never had an issue with an instructor feeling unsafe at a client's pool but it's important to not become complacent. Here are a few things to remember when keeping yourself safe:
Know where you are going: Use Google Maps to locate the address and have an idea of the area that you are travelling to. Call your client ahead of time: Talking to a person on the phone can give you a good idea of who you are dealing with. Always have your cell phone with you: Make sure it is charged! Assess the area: If the area looks or feels unsafe, don't stay. If the client request location, date and/or time changes: LET THE OFFICE KNOW
BOTTOM LINE: Trust your gut and use common sense.
