Description of Video

In this video we'll continue with a focus on breathing during front crawl. We'll be learning how to combine a breathing technique with front crawl arm movements! This means you'll be blowing bubbles under water through your mouth and nose, and turning your head to the side to breathe in.

Level of Lesson

Intermediate: Breathing correctly while doing the front crawl is important when learning to swim because it allows you to swim for longer without getting tired. It is also important to pace your breathing while you swim. Next Steps: The basics of a freestyle stroke
