Avocado might sound weird, but its texture works seamlessly with matcha green tea and white chocolate. Impress guests at your next pool party with this tasty frozen treat. 2 large avocados or 3 small avocados
1 can coconut milk
2 tbsp matcha powder
2 tbsp of honey (adjust to taste but you don’t want the mixture super sweet)
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract

4 tbsp raw organic cacao butter

MATCHA WHITE CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CUPS

Even if you don’t like Reese’s peanut butter cups, you’ll enjoy this matcha recipe. This flavor combo is greater than avocado, matcha and white chocolate. Pair this dessert with Moscato or a glass of chardonnay in the evening — you won’t regret it! Although not included in the recipe, adding a drop of lavender or jasmine essential will give this dessert a beautiful aroma.

KALE CHICKPEA PESTO MATCHA SOBA

These green tea soba noodles are the perfect way to kick off our savory list of matcha recipes. If you’ve never made noodles from scratch, this can be challenging, but it’s fun if you love to cook. This unique tasting noodle looks stunning once plated. You’ll impress anyone you cook this summer dish for!
Ingredients:
Sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 bunch kale, chopped
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Soba Noodles
1 cup buckwheat flour (preferably Japanese)
7 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 heaping tsp of matcha green tea powder
7 oz tepid water

1 bunch of asparagus, washed, trimmed, and gently sautéed
1 cup peas, dropped into boiling water for about 30 seconds

1 cup original almond milk
Matcha powder – a few teaspoons to a few tablespoons depending on your matcha and your taste.

MATCHA HIGHBALL WHISKEY COCKTAIL
Luckily, this refreshing drink uses a small amount of matcha to get a light tea flavor without chalkiness. Think long island iced tea, except instead of coca cola, it’s tea! It’s an awesome summer patio drink! If you’re not big on liquor, sangria’s got some serious competition with this drink!

2 oz 12-year Japanese whisky, preferably Hibiki
1/2 ozfresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
